News & Show Wins 2012

July 2012 - New Champion USA

Bannonbrig history is made.....at 15 months old and the first Spinone we agreed to export to the USA, achieved a fantastic round of weekend wins to become Champion Bannonbrig Basil Rathbone TD

We are indebted to the work and dedication of Rick & Marge Conta in flying our flag overseas with Brinser, son of Show Champion Bannonbrig Rude Boy and Bannonbrig Aspects of Love, who is achieving a great standard not only in the show ring but in a multitude of pursuits including Tracking and Lure Coursing

Show Champion Bannonbrig Rude Boy

Breed Specialist Judge Lorraine Rossiter (Inostricani)

"matured into an Italian stallion, these dogs are so hard to find these days, very true to type, just gets better and better. What can I say that hasn’t been said before, beautiful head and construction. Pulled out all the stops today to win B.I.S, loved him. Father to my Best Puppy Res ‘CC’ dog and Res Bitch ‘CC’. Glad to see he passes on his super qualities"

Bannonbrig Mr Brightside

Sidney, owned by Andy Falberg & Drew Buckley, made his debut at just 3 days over 6 months old and delighted us all by winning not only his puppy class at his first ever show but going on to take Best Puppy Dog, Reserve Best Puppy in Show and the Reserve Dog CC....

"super head and expression, good eye colour, good head planes, excellent neck leading into correct front construction with fore chest, good spring and depth of rib, typical spinone topline, rising over the croup to a good tail set therefor carrying his tail correctly, stand four square on good feet, good coat and skin moving like a little trooper, pleased to award him the res ‘cc’"
